In this series, he delves into his own history and goes on a road trip across Gelderland to talk to other newcomers about the question: when are you at home somewhere and do you really belong? For this episode, we travel to Eastern Turkey, to Tunceli / Dersim, the city where Hasan's parents come from. Because living between two cultures, a fatherland here and a motherland there or the other way around. What and who did they leave behind there and how does Hasan relate to that? What does it mean when so many people from the region leave for Western Europe? A special, emotional trip down memory lane.
