President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo led the presentation of progress made by Olinia, the first Mexican manufacturer of electric mini-vehicles developed with national technology. The president announced that the program La Escuela es Nuestra will begin this year the delivery of direct resources to high school institutions. The goal for 2025 is to reach 6,200, which represents half of the active schools; the investment is 4.6 billion pesos. Regarding basic education, the goal for this year is to cover 67 thousand schools; the investment is 19.9 billion pesos. The total investment is 25 billion pesos in 2025 to improve more than 74 thousand schools throughout the country. On the other hand, the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) invests more than 122 billion pesos in scholarships for more than 14 million students in 2025. On February 5, the delivery of cards for 5.7 million high school students who will receive the Rita Cetina Scholarship begins.
