The threat was such that the wife could be expected to feel serious fear for the safety of her property (Chapter 4, Section 5, Section 1 of the Criminal Code). c) Andreas has molested his wife on two occasions by installing a surveillance camera in her bedroom. It happened on 31 October 2022 and 8 December 2022 respectively in Trosa municipality. The acts could be expected to violate the wife's peace in a noticeable way (Chapter 4, Section 7 of the Criminal Code). d) Andreas has on two occasions illegally and secretly filmed his wife with the help of an installed surveillance camera when she was in the living room of their joint home. It happened on 13 March 2023 and 5 April 2023 respectively in Trosa municipality (Chapter 4, 6 a of the Criminal Code). e) Andreas has hit his wife with a computer on the lip. It happened sometime between November 2 and 6, 2022 in Trosa municipality. It happened sometime between January 15 and 31, 2023. The wife was caused pain (Chapter 3, Section 5 of the Criminal Code). h) Andreas has hit his wife in the face.
