MAN Lion's City 18 CE undergoing tests in Poznań Another articulated bus with an electric drive will carry passengers around Poznań. This time, we are talking about a vehicle bearing the lion's logo: MPK Poznań is starting tests of the MAN Lion's City 18 CE bus (for the duration of its service in the capital of Wielkopolska, the vehicle received the side number 1250). It is eighteen meters long and has 120 seats for passengers (40 seated). On a single charge, which is carried out via a plug-in - according to the manufacturer - it can travel 250-300 kilometers. MAN Lion's City 18 CE has already arrived in Poznań, where the carrier's employees and passengers will be able to familiarize themselves with the solutions used in it. Thanks to cooperation with MAN Truck & Bus Polska, the bus will be tested in Poznań until mid-August this year. It has all the facilities for the disabled, including two places for wheelchairs. The vehicle is equipped with LED lighting, an electronic information system and USB ports under the seats. Thanks to the location of the batteries on the roof, not only was access to them easier, but also additional seats were obtained at the back of the bus. The articulated electric MAN Lion's City comes from the Lion's City bus range awarded the title "Bus of the Year 2023".
