#Yakbap #Yaksik #Holiday food #Chuseok Ingredients 20 jujubes, 300g chestnuts, 720ml glutinous rice, 450ml black bean soaking water, 50g soaked black beans, 100ml soy sauce, 180ml brown sugar, 150ml boiled peanuts, 3 tbsp boiled ginkgo nuts, 1 tbsp sesame oil Recipe 1. Slice the jujubes and chestnuts. 2. Place the glutinous rice soaked for 30 minutes in a rice cooker. 3. Add the chestnuts, jujubes, 450ml black bean soaking water, 50g soaked black beans, 100ml soy sauce, 180ml brown sugar, 150ml boiled peanuts, and 3 tbsp boiled ginkgo nuts and press cook. 4. Divide 1 tbsp sesame oil into the rice cooker and container. 5. Spread the jujubes and pumpkin seeds in the container and put the yaksik in it. 6. Let cool and take out. 7. Slice, wrap in plastic wrap, and store in the freezer before eating.
