AUTUMN HARVESTS DEAR FRIENDS, in this video I wanted to briefly summarize some of the benefits of this evergreen plant and what we can get for both health and nutrition. It is an evergreen shrub that produces berries called drupes in autumn, first red and then black when they reach maturity. This plant in my area is called Scino and I was able to collect a few testimonies from those few elderly people who worked in the fields and knew the remedies for each. It is a shrub present in the Mediterranean scrub, in some places it is protected so harvesting is prohibited. In this video I will prepare a hot oleolite to make soap, of course soap, toothpicks and an emergency toothbrush as well as a mouthwash. FOR THE HOT OLEOLITE: 30 GRAMS OF COCONUT OIL 220 GRAMS OF OLIVE OIL APPROX. 40/50 GRAMS OF DRUPES APPROX. 30 GRAMS OF LEAVES COOK IN A BAIN-MARIA 30 MINUTES AFTER BOILING STARTS TURN OFF THE LENTISK SOAP (ANTI-OXIDANT EMOLLIENT) THE OLEOLITE PRODUCED ABOVE, FILTER THE OLEOLITE, WEIGH IT, ADD THE REMAINING PART OF OIL WITH OLIVE OIL CAUSTIC SOLUTION: LENTISK LEAF DECOCTION 70/75 GRAMS OF DECOCTION AND 30 GRAMS OF CAUSTIC SODA (THE AMOUNT OF CAUSTIC SODA THAT I HAVE INDICATED IS ALREADY DISCOUNTED FOR ANY POSSIBLE ADDING OIL) COOL THE DECOCTION IN THE FREEZER OR REFRIGERATOR PUT THE CAUSTIC SODA IN THE LIQUID A LITTLE AT A TIME, USE THE DUE PRECAUTIONS, GLASSES, MASK AND GLOVES.
