In this video I will show you how I paint and what techniques I use for this beautiful galaxy print. To paint chocolate molds we need to use FAT-SOLUBLE colorants with a COCOA BUTTER base, which dry and then stick to the chocolate and come out perfectly. There are certain colorants that are fat-soluble but are made with oils. These would not be suitable for painting molds, although they would be suitable for dyeing chocolate, because they do not dry the same and then stick to the mold and not to the chocolate.
