BELGIAN CHOCOLATE CREAM FILLING: ➡️4 boxes of condensed milk (395g each) ➡️4 boxes of cream (200g each) ➡️1 liter of milk ➡️3 full tablespoons of cornstarch ➡️10 tablespoons of chocolate powder ➡️300g of fine chocolate ???? NESTLE MILK FILLING: ➡️5 boxes of condensed milk (395g each) ➡️5 boxes of cream (200g each) ➡️10 tablespoons of powdered milk ➡️2 tablespoons of butter or margarine ???? STRAWBERRY JAM: ➡️4 Boxes of strawberries ➡️1 cup of sugar ➡️ juice of 1 squeezed lemon (without water) ???? CAKE BATTER: ????Remembering that below, I will leave the amount I used in EACH layer of cake batter, in total for this size cake, I made 3 batters below: ➡️6 large eggs ➡️1 cup and 1/2 of sugar (270G quantity in grams) ➡️2 cups of wheat flour (240g quantity in grams) ➡️1 cup of chocolate powder (90g quantity in grams) ➡️300ml of warm water ➡️1 tablespoon full of baking powder (15g) ????THIS BATTER DOES NOT IT WILL INCLUDE OIL, BUT IF YOU WANT, YOU CAN ADD 80ML TO THIS MASS. ????FORM I USED FOR EACH MASS: 40X30X10 ???? SYRUP TO WET THE CAKE: ➡️1 liter of water ➡️1 can of condensed milk ➡️I just mixed the two and the syrup was ready ➡️ There was approximately 400ml of syrup for each layer of cake, a good amount so that the cake does not dry out. ???? CAKE TOPPING (DECORATION) ????I used a creamy chocolate brigadeiro, but you can use any topping of your choice, below I will leave the total amount I used in this large cake ➡️3 cans of condensed milk ➡️3 cans of cream ➡️5 tablespoons of chocolate powder ➡️1 tablespoon of butter or margarine ????I BREAKED EVERYTHING ON THE FIRE UNTIL IT BOILED AND LET IT COOL ????
