The recipe I used: Pelemir oil: 800 grams (saponification number: 0.140 g NaOH/1 g oil) Caustic (NaOH): 800 x 0.140 = 112 g Water: 800 x 0.30 = 240 grams (30% of the total oil amount) Essential Oil: 800 x 0.03 = 24 g (3% of the total oil amount) Warning: In soap making and similar applications, be sure to take safety precautions before starting work.
