Remember to leave at least 5 centimeters extra for overlap. The bracelet was cut 4 centimeters wide. You can make it thicker or thinner, as you like. Use and abuse of supplies to decorate, it makes all the difference in the final result of the piece. If you don't have acrylic blanket, you can use felt which will look good too.
