Thank you for buying our vinegar! Today I want to show you how to make vinegar at home. All you need is a home-grown vinegar mother and a few simple ingredients. First of all, what is a vinegar mother? A vinegar mother is a living organism that produces acetic acid and feeds on alcohol. If you feed a vinegar mother alcohol, it turns it into vinegar. Once you have your vinegar mother, you can start making your own vinegar. Simply pour a 1:1 mixture of water and wine into a glass with a wide opening and add your vinegar mother. Leave it in a warm, dark place and wait a few weeks for the vinegar to form. And voilà, you have your own homemade vinegar! It's really easy and you can use it to add a personal touch to your dishes.
