After our experience camperizing a camper van last year, we chose to use OSB boards since they cost half what plywood costs, and when we made the camper floor before our van, we used chipboard, and it is not as water-repellent as OSB, and the price is the same. Both the insulation and the boards we have chosen are the lightest to install on the floor, since, if like us, you are going to convert a camper truck, you have to be very careful with the weight, because our truck is a light truck of 3500kg and we cannot exceed the weight. To finish, we will put a vinyl roll floor on top to save weight, which we will install later in the camperization. To make it even cheaper, you could use recycled bed slats to track the floor of your camper, but we decided to put 2cm slats to be able to pass the wiring and thus save space on the walls.
