How to make meat-filled buns from all-purpose flour without baking powder #cachlambanhbao #lambanhbaotubotmidadung #banhbao #banhbaonhanthit The first time I tried making buns was from a pre-mixed bun mix package. Today I tried making buns from all-purpose flour, the type of flour I often use to make bread, cakes, cookies, etc. All you need is all-purpose flour and yeast, without adding baking powder, the buns are still plump, soft and spongy. Ingredients: 260 gr all-purpose flour/flour number 11 40 gr cornstarch (or tapioca starch) 40 gr sugar 3 gr yeast 170ml fresh milk 8ml cooking oil Cake filling: 200 gr minced meat/minced meat 50 gr black fungus/wood ear 50 gr shredded cassava, squeezed dry 15 gr minced onion and garlic Seasonings to taste: seasoning powder, salt, pepper, etc. The above ingredients make 10 buns, 30 gr filling, 50gr crust Steaming the buns: When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and steam the buns for 25 minutes. Tie a towel to the lid so that the steam does not fall down and wet the buns. After the steaming time, leave the buns in the pot for 10 minutes before opening the lid to take them out.
