Frankfurt Airport is practically the largest church community in Germany. A challenge for airport pastor Bettina Klünemann. She is jointly responsible for two chapels. The 55-year-old studied psychology, was a pastor at the Mainz Christ Church, and from 2015 she was dean in Mainz. She has been at the airport for a year. There she looks after stranded passengers, marries passengers and employees, gives the travel blessing against fear of flying, baptizes and comforts.
