He faced the problem of a shortage of line personnel (employees who perform basic functions in manufacturing, trade, and service companies) and realized that the business needed a digital service that could help a wide range of companies. The project quickly attracted the interest of investors, and in May 2022, Magzum Tolesh and his partner Temirlan Kabylbekov attracted private investments in the amount of $270 thousand, and in October of the same year, the founder of Freedom Holding Timur Turlov invested in them.
