Passion Outremer Madagascar, between land and sea This film is a journey across the island of Madagascar to meet its inhabitants who are fighting to defend their exceptional heritage. Discovery of the different regions of Madagascar: the capital Antananarivo, the High Plateaux, Antsirabe and Ambositra, the west coast, along the Mozambique Channel, Morondava and Belo-sur-Mer. A journey punctuated by encounters that testify to the diversity of this territory and the Malagasy people's attachment to their country, its history, its culture, its natural and historical heritage. We meet Célestine Randriambololona, ​​taxi driver and lover of 2CVs; Henintsona Ranarivelo-Moretti, chef who highlights local gastronomy; Dieudoné Razafinjatovo, sculptor who elevates craftsmanship to the rank of art in his city of hammered iron; Emma Rasolomanana who helps farmers acquire zebus, sacred animals emblematic of the island and the Vezo fishermen who watch over the seabed with the agents of the Kirindy-Mitea marine park.
