Hello you! In this video I teach you how to make a flip-flop, using the sole base of a Havaianas flip-flop. A super versatile and creative piece. Before starting your project, watch the video tutorial carefully and always read the description, so that there are no doubts and you are well prepared to create your piece. LIST OF MATERIALS: Satin yarn 2mm (rat tail) *This yarn can be replaced by any other that has the same thickness. 1 Pair of Havaianas flip-flops (you can use other brands, as long as the sole has holes in the base, like the one used in the video) Clear Universal Glue MEASUREMENTS: (FOR THE PAIR OF FLIP-FLOPS) 🪢8 200cm threads 🪢12 150cm threads 🪢4 100cm threads 🪢2 threads for side finishing (+/- 25cm) Note: The model produced in this video is size 37/38. (BR) The thread measurements indicated can be used for any size*. (see CHANGES below) *CHANGES: For those who wish to create straps with longer lengths to tie on the leg, increase the length of the 200cm threads, as they are the ones that become the tying straps at the end of the project. (I would recommend cutting 300cm or more, depending on the desired tying height and the thickness of the person's leg) ATTENTION: The measurements indicated in this video may vary up or down, depending on the thickness of the yarn used in your project. All measurements indicated are relative to the size of the project shown in the video. Questions and suggestions, leave them in the comments. I hope you like it and make art with me!
