I used a fantasy stitch with only single crochet and made the entire rug with double yarn and a 5 mm needle, but you can make it with a single strand or with knitted yarn following the same video. MATERIALS Barroco maxcolor yarn nº6 from @Círculo S/A Rug size: 0.48 x 1.27 mt Color: 8001 - 500g Color 7727 - 600g (To make a doormat you will only need 200g of each color) 5.0 mm crochet hook (use Círculo Soft) Scissors and tapestry needle for cutting and finishing ATTENTION: You do not need to count the initial chains. If you want the stripes in the length, make the cord the same length as the rug, if you want the stripes in the width, make the initial cord the same width as the rug.
