At the SAMU of the Edouard Herriot hospital, the largest hospital center in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, emergency doctors face more than 1,000 emergency calls every day. The regulation assistants must sort these calls so that doctors, nurses and paramedics can intervene in a few minutes. There are about a hundred of them working in shifts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to rescue and treat the inhabitants of the second largest urban area in France. #daily #intervention
