The President dismissed the Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee Boris Batura, the Chairman of the Bellesbumprom concern Alexander Pereslavtsev and the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Andrei Tur, the General Director of Construction Trust No. 21 Nikolai Busalov and the Director of Borisovproekt Alexander Misiyuk from their posts. Severe reprimands were announced to the Head of the Presidential Administration Andrei Kobyakov, the Chairman of the State Control Committee Alexander Yakobson and the Chairman of the Borisov District Executive Committee Vladimir Miranovich.
