The covering is built up layer by layer: First, the primer creates the monolithic connection to the substrate. The subsequent 3D floor coating ensures the desired floor properties, while the sealant provides an attractive appearance and additional protection. STEDFLOOR floor systems can be applied seamlessly. The result: a seamless, easy-to-clean surface with excellent durability. Another plus point: the coating can be used to create a cove at the floor/wall connection and the transition can be made seamless. System structure: Day 1 Setup and subsurface preparation. Subsurface preparation. Prepare and clean the floor surface. Remove all parts that are not sufficiently load-bearing using diamond grinding at the contractor's discretion, then sweep and vacuum the prepared surface, provide electricity on site (220V). Masking work. Different masking materials: adhesive tape, masking film and tarpaulin, film or paper masker, masking fleece, barrier tape. Priming the floor surface. Apply to the prepared surface, transparent and solvent-free 2-K Arturo EP6700 primer. Primer consumption approx. 0.4 kg/m² + approx. 0.2-0.3 kg/m² quartz sand 0.3-0.8mm. Day 2 Scratch filler. Apply to the prepared surface, colored and solvent-free 2-K Arturo EP6200 scratch filler. Consumption approx. 0.8-1.0 kg/m². Day 3 Flow coating. Apply to the prepared surface, colored and solvent-free 2-K Arturo EP2500 floor coating. Consumption approx. 2.5 kg/m². RAL color 7036 platinum gray. 1 mm on request. colored flakes (chips) black/white/gray sprinkled in free of charge. Day 4 Slip-resistant satin finish. Apply to prepared surface, transparent and solvent-free 2-K Arturo EP3950 finish. Slip resistance class R10.
