Ludvig says here that he often meets people who are dissatisfied with themselves - yes, who hate themselves, and who most of all just want to die. He himself was also in that situation once, before he met Jesus and experienced being filled with God's love. He goes on to say here that the most important thing for us Christians is to be preserved in love. Because God is love. So even if we were to have faith so that we could move mountains, it does us no good if we do not have love (1.Cor.13,2). Are you angry with yourself and dissatisfied with yourself? Finish it, says Ludvig here. Lay everything down at the cross of Jesus. Then you get to experience the blood running over your life. And then you are pure and righteous, worthy of heaven by virtue of the blood of Jesus. And then you let Jesus' love flow to you, then you begin to love others too. It's revival, when you and I start caring about each other. Remember that love endures EVERYTHING (1.Cor.13,7). Imagine tolerating everything then? It's not that easy, but you can do it if you're filled with love! Then you want to apologize to others, and always take everything in the best light. Ludvig says here. These are strong words, but completely in line with the Bible. And truly we all need much more of God's love today! And the wonderful thing is that we can get it! Again and again! When we lay down all our problems and everything that is painful and difficult before the cross of Jesus, then we get to experience the cleansing of the blood and the fullness of the Holy Spirit again and again! Thank you Jesus! Praise be to the Lord! I think this must be my New Year's resolution this year - that I seek his face every day and lay off everything that weighs me down, as it says in Hebrews 12,1. Happy New Year!
