Brothers Luciana Mello and Jair Oliveira decided to do work together for the first time. And singing samba, a genre they learned to listen to from a young age in the voice of their father, samba artist Jair Rodrigues. The recording of the DVD O Samba Me Cantou took place on the stage of the Ibirapuera Auditorium in São Paulo and featured the special participation of several friends of the duo: Cláudio Lins, Anna Luisa, Mariene de Castro from Bahia, Scowa (from the band Scowa & A Máfia) and father Jair Rodrigues. Classic sambas such as Rosa de Pixinguinha and newer ones, such as Samba da Doca by Jair Oliveira and Seu Jorge, were brought together. Samba in its mastery!
