The second visit to the Low Beskids in 2022, this time a three-day stay in July with an overnight stay at the OSW Radocyna in the village of Czarne. The trip was aimed at following in the footsteps of the Lemkos who were displaced from here, so we mainly focused on visiting villages that no longer exist, which have preserved numerous traces in the form of Orthodox churches, chapels, and cemeteries testifying to the people living in this region and their culture. As we know - as part of the Vistula action in 1947 - they were forced to leave the region in which they had lived for years and which they had hosted. Our route included, among others, Olszany, Krempna, Żydowskie, Ciechania, Ożenna, Długie, Radocyna, Czarne, Lipna, Gładyszów, Kwiatoń, Brunary, Bartne. We admired numerous Orthodox churches, visited cemeteries from the period of World War I, and enjoyed nature - the Low Beskids. However, the biggest impression was made by a walk to the abandoned village of Nieznajowa, where in the beautiful scenery traces of the former human presence strongly affected the imagination. I invite you to watch the report from the trip. Recorded 4K@60 Lumix G9 Mavic Air 2
