The reporter gets to know longevity fans and discovers that longevity can be lived in very different ways. 28-year-old nursing professional Luca Hintermann, for example, changed his life ten years ago. "If you start early, you don't have to be afraid of aging - then age is just a number," he says while training with heavy dumbbells in his home gym. His goal: to go down in history as one of the oldest Swiss people with his healthy lifestyle. 00:00 Intro 01:03 Group meeting of longevity supporters 02:10 Bryan Johnson's Don't Die movement also in Switzerland 04:35 Why do people want to be part of the longevity movement? 06:20 For over ten years – this is what Luca has been doing for a long life ???? 12:14 Self-experiment: Michelle tries out the longevity lifestyle 16:14 This is what Luca's circle of friends think about his lifestyle 20:23 Limitation or enrichment? ???? 22:00 Lunch with Luca and his family ????️ 26:15 Wife finds Luca "sometimes a bit intolerant" 28:24 Michelle's conclusion to the self-experiment 29:47 Outro _____________________________________________ ▪ A film by Michèle Rüedi ▪ Senior Producer: Ilona Stämpfli ▪ Director: Anita Richner _____________________________________________ This is "rec.": "rec." stands for "record."
