I accompanied Sergio Favalessa to the longcasting tournament held in June in the West Zone. With great camaraderie, I experienced a day with acceptable weather, with constant winds and temperatures that bordered on the sensation of a beautiful frost. Luckily, the good weather was provided by the team that makes up this entire group of participants. From the invitation to a hot coffee and cakes from the hands of the women who are firm in each tournament, to the (exquisite) lunch that we had access to halfway through the tournament. Pleasant conversations with all those present, whether they were contestants, companions or the kids. Everyone was open to dialogue and shared lessons. Really a highly recommended experience to live, since you don't just learn by watching, but you can join in and make shots to improve your casting. I insist and highlight the quality of the people who make up the West Zone, which makes the idea of joining future dates tempting, even if just to watch the competition. A completely different Sunday, with friends and people willing to share the moment in a positive way.
