Unexpected pre-Christmas gift on December 18, 2024, casually meeting in Rivarolo the second or third freight train of new rails hauled by the Tigre E652. Historic event. They will serve to renew, in addition to electrification, the line to Pont closed for 4 years. Also interesting are the two diesel construction locomotives of Uniferr. First shot at the Pont station, already cleared of vegetation and with the first rails arriving a few days earlier.
