The legendary Tartaruga is among the most famous electric locomotives of the Italian State Railways. The prototype preserved in Pietrarsa pulled the convoy of the test route carried out on 8 November 1967 on the Rome-Naples line in 1h and 24', with a maximum speed of 207 km/h.
