In this episode of the series Living on the water we visit Claudia van 't Slot and Mark Schenk who live in the Houthaven in Zaandam on the Groningen sea barge the Volharding. The ship was built in 1904 and after years of transporting wood it has become a floating houseboat. Claudia and Mark are the 'second residents' and have renovated it to their own taste.
