The Ministry of PANRB held the 4th Public Service Complaint Management Competition. The launch of this competition was carried out online by inviting complaint managers in all government agencies, both central and regional. This competition was carried out with the support of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). This annual competition aims to: 1. Encourage participation in public service delivery in building participatory complaint management that can be used as an effort to improve sustainable public services. 2. Capture good initiatives and innovations in both central and regional governments to create effective public services. 3. Build commitment from each agency in managing public service complaints.
