Competition format and rules: Compete on the Thien Thien Tuong Ky platform, if the players are from the same region, they will compete directly. Compete in 2 chess games of 30 minutes + 15 seconds. If there is a tie, play 15p+10s per game, continue to play 5p+5s until there is a winning player, knockout format. Compete according to the chess rules on Thien Thien Tuong Ky. Branching and pairing are decided by the Organizing Committee. IV.
