From a very young age he showed a great sensitivity towards music. At the age of six he began playing the piano, and at just sixteen he made his debut performing works by Bach, Chopin and Schumann. During his extensive career, the Argentine pianist has recorded more than 50 albums, collaborated with renowned artists and performed in some of the most important concert halls in the world, such as the Royal Festival Hall in London, the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires and the La Fenice theatre in Venice. Acclaimed by critics as one of the leading pianists of our time, Levy invites the public to establish a direct relationship with music, with an interpretation full of beauty and depth. He considers music a universal language that we are all capable of understanding, so he invites us to close our eyes and let the notes of the piano move us, while reflecting on music as a teacher of life. “I would very much like to live in a harmonious world. And what is harmony?” he says. “It is a fair relationship between sounds. It is a fair relationship between human beings.” I don't believe that any science teaches us how music teaches this art" His humanistic and optimistic vision of music has led Daniel Levy to publish several books in which he explores the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual effects of music, as well as to found the "International Academy of Euphony", an organization whose objective is to investigate the meaning of culture and art, as well as their role and service in the processes of individual growth.
