The first episode of the documentary series Life in occupied Belgrade 1941-1944. deals with the days before the bombing of Yugoslavia, the resistance to signing the accession to the Tripartite Pact and the consequences of that act: the coup and demonstrations in Belgrade on March 27 and the bombing of Belgrade as well as the first days of the occupation, the establishment of German power and the formation of the Commissar Administration in Belgrade. In the series, historians Dr. Nataša Milićević, Radmila Radić, Dr. Rade Ristanović, Dr. Aleksandar Stojanović, Dr. Ljubinka Škodrić, Dr. Radosav Tucović and Dr. Dragomir Bondžić and witnesses of life in occupied Belgrade: Branislava Ristović, Josef Žamboki and Breda Kalef speak.
