He is also the author of influential books: "RIGHT JOB - A Perspective on the Enlightenment Story"; "LIBERAL PEDAGOGY - The World, Vietnam & Me"; “MANAGEMENT BY CULTURE - How to Create & Recreate Organizational Culture”; and presided over the compilation of the book series “BUSINESS ETHICS - Vietnam & the World” (15 books). He received a Master's degree in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of Geneva; studied International Education Policy at Harvard University; received a PhD in Education from the National Institute of Education, Singapore; and received a PhD in Education from the University of London (UCL).
