Earthlings will one day learn that an electromagnetic wave is not only made up of electricity and magnetism, but also of forces that, for lack of a better terminology, we will call transcendental. These forces are what define its nature and, independently of its vibratory frequency, define its content. They will also learn that electromagnetic waves are, in fact, vehicles of these transcendental forces; and, further, that there are no electromagnetic waves that are not charged with these forces. For didactic purposes, we can consider these transcendental forces as being of two distinct orders: the ideal, or neutral, and the emotional, which can be either positive or negative, that is, integrating or disintegrating. The ideals are always present in any electromagnetic wave, whatever its nature.
