Meditation helps you to let go of negative thoughts and feelings, fears and doubts. You must not believe everything you think. You are not your thoughts. You are the observer of your thoughts. Our mind is a helpful tool when it comes to planning and structuring our lives and tackling things. However, many of us find that our mind is overactive and can no longer fulfil its actual purpose. Nowadays, we often no longer work purely physically, but with our minds; we analyse, think and plan during our working hours. At the end of the day, however, it is usually not the case that the mind takes a break. It goes on, we ponder back and forth, take care of the household, family, children, pets, large and small projects and our head keeps rattling and rattling. So it can happen that we then find it difficult to find our way out of the state of pondering, of thoughts and problems turning back and forth. We believe that if we just think about certain things long enough, we will solve them. But what actually happens is that we get further and further into the maelstrom of mostly negative thoughts (and the bad feelings associated with them). You can certainly imagine that this state cannot be healthy in the long run. In this guided meditation, I will accompany you in simply letting all your thoughts and feelings be there. Letting go of your thoughts about the day, about all the things that need to be done or that have happened, all obligations, doubts and questions for a moment. Looking at them lovingly and curiously, without judging or condemning them. Understanding them for what they are - thoughts and feelings. They come and go again.
