Mr. Philippe VILLENEUVE is the Chief Architect of Historic Monuments in charge of the Notre-Dame-de-Paris Cathedral. Mr. Philippe Villeneuve is a DPLG architect 1989 (Student of the Paris-Conflans School of Architecture). He was admitted as chief architect of historical monuments in 1997. Initially responsible for the departments of Charente, Creuse, then Haute-Vienne, Philippe Villeneuve was then entrusted with responsibility for the departments of Charente-Maritime (Napoleonic Museum and African Museum of Île-d'Aix, Saint-Louis Cathedral, Saint-Nicolas Tower, Tour de la Chaîne and Tour de la Lanterne on the Old Port, reconstruction of the town hall of La Rochelle in 2013, Martrou transporter bridge in Rochefort) and Loir-et-Cher (chief architect of the national estate of Chambord in 2011).
