In this video, we make well-known loose candies ourselves! Candy recipes: Heart marmalades: Combine and mix: 1 tablespoon gelatin powder 0.5dl raspberry juice In the pot: 100g sugar 0.5dl raspberry juice Heat the syrup to 115-117 degrees. Remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons of glucose syrup and mix. Stir in the gelatin mixture over low heat. Allow to cool and peel off the foam from the surface. Add red food coloring. Oil the silicone mold and add the mixture. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for approx. 4 hours. Frost with sugar. Vanilla fudge: Add to the pot and mix carefully: 5 dl whipped cream 50 g unsalted butter 1/2 tsp salt 550 g sugar 1 tsp glucose syrup Heat to 116-117 degrees. Remove from heat. When the mixture has cooled to 110 degrees, add: 70g of white chocolate 1 teaspoon of vanilla aroma Mix for approx. 10-15 min. until the mixture has cooled to approx. 60 degrees. Oil the dish and line it with baking paper. Add mixture and chill. Cut into pieces. Teddy bears: Combine and mix: 30g gelatin powder 70g water In a saucepan: 80g sugar 30g water Heat the syrup to 115-117 degrees. Remove from heat. Add 100g of glucose syrup and mix. Add 5g of citric acid and mix. Add the gelatin mixture to the sugar syrup over low heat, stirring. Add more water if necessary. Let it stand for a while, still warm, and skim off the foam from the surface. Dispense the mixture into several different containers that are in a water bath so that the gelatin does not solidify. Use a pipette to add a few drops of food coloring and 15-20 drops of aroma per container. Add with a pipette to the teddy bear moulds.
