A light and delicious dessert, no need to cook anything, exquisite to share with the family. After a good dinner or lunch this dessert will delight your guests, it's incredible, with the lemon flavor it's the best. INGREDIENTS: FOR THE BASE: 250gr of vanilla or maria cookies 140 gr. of butter or margarine = 7 tablespoons FOR THE FILLING: 400gr of cream cheese 200ml of whipping cream 1 can of condensed milk = 395gr 100ml of lemon juice = juice of 2 lemons zest of 1 lemon 10gr of flavorless neutral gelatin = 1 tablespoon or 6 sheets 1 22cm diameter mold with removable bottom line the walls with parchment paper. OPTIONAL FOR DECORATION: Whipped cream (chantilly) and/or grated lemon peel and lemon slices #temperosesabores #cheesecake #desserts
