Every December 9, the commemoration of World Anti-Corruption Day is celebrated in various parts of the country. The celebration is also held in Indonesia. Well, on that momentum, various law enforcement agencies presented their achievements and performance in law enforcement efforts against perpetrators of corruption or fraud. In Aceh itself, the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) has firmly stated its commitment to punish and ensnare perpetrators of corruption in the province at the western tip of Sumatra. This is proven by the many cases that have been handled by the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office and sending the perpetrators to prison to be held accountable for their actions. The important point of punishing perpetrators of corruption is so that legal action has a deterrent effect on and of course another important aspect is the return of state financial losses. Now, in this edition of PODCAST, #hendrosakybicara presents two important speakers, namely, the Deputy Chief of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office (Wakajati), Muhibuddin, SH, MH and Akhiruddin Mahjuddin (media practitioner and anti-corruption activist).
