He successively studied dentistry at the Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague, general medicine in Bratislava, pedagogy and ethics in České Budějovice, theology at the Spišská Chapter and pedagogy in Prešov. He works as a biritual priest, a forensic psychiatrist and a university teacher. He is the author of thirty-seven publications, some of which have been translated into Polish, Italian, French, Slovak, Lithuanian and Esperanto.
