On March 7, 2018, the Prague School of International and Public Relations hosted another of a series of interesting lectures organized by a student association called Diplomatic Forum. The topic of this lecture was the Russian presidential election. LECTURER: PhDr. Michaela Romancov (Faculty of Social Sciences of the UK) ► Michael Romancov is a leading expert on Russia, political geographer and publicist, who currently works at the Faculty of Sciences of the UK and the Metropolitan University in Prague. ► He completed his studies at the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University (field of political science) and at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University (field of political science and political geography). ► From 1998 he started working at the Institute of Political Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the UK and in 2005 he joined the Metropolitan University in Prague. ► Professionally focuses on political geography, Russia and its geopolitics. ► He is very active in publishing, both in book and electronic form using Twitter.
