On January 4, 2022, another of the series of interesting lectures organized by the student association called Diplomatic Forum took place at the School of International and Public Relations Prague. The topic of this lecture was the issue of domestic violence in the Czech Republic. LECTURER: JUDr. Lucie Hrdá (AK Hrdá) ► a lawyer specializing in criminal law, domestic violence, stalking and family law; ► she is a member of the Union of Lawyers of the Czech Republic and a national tutor of the Council of Europe's HELP educational program for legal professionals; ► in 2020 she became the laureate of the Františka Plamínková Prize; ► co-founded the organization Bez trestu, which strives to make the public aware of how sexualized and domestic violence is (not) punished in the Czech Republic ► she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 1999 - 2004, where she also passed the state rigorous examination in 2009.
