"What defines us today is the way we remember the past. And that memory is subject to change," says, among other things, Dubravka Stojanović, historian and full professor at the Department of History at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, in the new edition of the show Leave Everything and Read. Dealing with the content of history textbooks in our region, Dubravka Stojanović concludes that they have been fundamentally changed several times in the last hundred years, which indicates the manipulation of memory and the lack of awareness that the past is over (The Past is Coming, HH century, 2023). In the continuation of the show, Dubravka Stojanović also talks about the importance of implementing reforms in our education system, about the specificities and authentic parts of our culture and its place in the context of European and world culture, and about the new flourishing of books and reading in the multidisciplinary digital age. The author and editor of the show is Gorica Zarić, the director is Ivan Milanović, the music editor is Ana Milićević, and the show's designer is Miloš Gojković.
