I love sharing with you and helping you paint your furniture, with this video tutorial I want to teach you how to paint an Ikea piece of furniture, we will use this same technique to paint varnished furniture or to paint melamine furniture. These three steps are the easiest way to transform a piece of furniture. I will tell you the steps to easily paint Ikea furniture without sanding with our TONO Vérsatil (high quality chalk paint that does not require wax or varnish). Step by step to paint without sanding: 0:05 - Necessary materials. First Step: 2:50 - Clean the furniture with Tono Clean. 4:15 - Protect the furniture with Painter's Tape. 4:35 - Remove the handles and disassemble the guides. Second Step: 5:00 - Apply a coat of Primer. Third Step: 9:03 - Paint with Tono Versatil Matte or Satin paint according to your preference. 12:57 - Let it dry for 4 hours to paint the second coat of paint. 12:58 - Paint a second coat. 13:58 - Recommendations for caring for your furniture. 14:42 - Summary of the process.
