Paola Carosella teaches you how to prepare a delicious pasta alla putanesca, check out the step by step: INGREDIENTS 300 grams of fresh capellini 4 tablespoons of olive oil 4 cloves of garlic, chopped ½ chili pepper 1 tablespoon of mini capers 2 tablespoons pitted black olives, cut into slices 2 cups tomato sauce 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes salt to taste Freshly ground black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons of fresh basil soup 3 tablespoons of butter PREPARATION METHOD In a mortar, beat the garlic with the pepper and a little olive oil, forming a paste. Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling, salted water for approximately 3 minutes. Heat a frying pan, add the olive oil, garlic paste with pepper, capers, tomato sauce, olives, chilli pepper and butter. Place the cooked pasta with a little of the cooking water in the pan with the sauce, mix gently so that the pasta is coated in the sauce. Add the parsley and basil.
