This week we begin our journey through Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, which regulates ad intra relations: that is, the internal link between the Public Administrations themselves. Composed of a preliminary title and three titles, on this occasion we will examine the first chapter of the preliminary title, focused on the objectives of the law and the general principles, which covers articles 1 to 4.
