Adrián Paenza is considered one of the world's greatest mathematical popularizers and has received important awards such as the prestigious Leelvati Prize (2014), awarded by the International Mathematical Union for his contribution and work in popular science. He has a degree in mathematics and is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires. He combines his work as a mathematician with journalism. He has worked successfully for more than forty years in the main Argentine media (print, radio and television), also collaborating on important programs such as “Científicos Industria Argentina” and “Alterados por Pi”. He has written numerous books, among which the successful series stands out: “Matemática, ¿estás ahí?”, “Matemagia” (2015), “Matemáticas para todos” (2017) and “La puerta equivocada” (2018).
