Hello everyone. Today I come to share with you a large cake that I made for an order, this cake weighed a little over 8 kilos and its size is ideal for up to 80 slices of 100g each. The filling is dulce de leche with pineapple ❤️ ???? CAKE BATTER INGREDIENTS: (BELOW I WILL LEAVE THE AMOUNT FOR EACH BATTER, OK? IN TOTAL I MADE 3 BATTERIES, EACH BATTERY SERVED FOR 1 LAYER OF CAKE) ➡️6 large eggs ➡️1 cup and 1/2 of sugar (270g quantity in grams) ➡️3 cups of wheat flour (360g quantity in grams) ➡️1 cup of 240ml of warm water ➡️1 tablespoon of essence of your preference (I used pineapple) ➡️1 tablespoon of baking powder (15g) ????SIZE OF THE FORM USED IN EACH BATTERY: 40x30cm ???? CUP USED IN THE RECIPE: 240ml ???? Remembering again, that the ingredients above are for each dough (repeat the recipe 3 TIMES to have 3 DOUGHS of this size) ???? FILLING INGREDIENTS: ➡️6 Cans of dulce de leche (395g each) ➡️2 boxes of condensed milk (I explain in the video) ➡️8 boxes of cream (200g each) ➡️3 tablespoons of butter or margarine ???? COOKING THE PINEAPPLE: ➡️3 medium pineapples (if you think it's too much, use 2) ➡️1 cup and 1/2 of sugar (if you use two pineapples, only use 1 cup of sugar) ➡️ DO NOT ADD WATER ???? SYRUP TO WET THE CAKE ➡️I used approximately 400ml of the juice from the pineapple cooking ➡️But, I added the same amount of filtered water, so it was a nice syrup and not too sweet. ➡️But, remember that you can use a syrup of your preference. ???? DECORATION: ➡️I USED 1 LITER AND A HALF OF WHIPPED WHIPPED CREAM TO DECORATE THE ENTIRE CAKE. ????As I explained in the video, this cake was transported a little over 1 hour away, so we thought it best to decorate it at the party venue, there were people I knew, that's why I did it.
