Laksa Lao Hoe Laksa Lao Hoe Glodok Restaurant has a building structure and design that has never changed since the Batavia era, or now known as Jakarta City. Starting from the floor, tables to the bathrooms still use vintage decorations. Located in Petak Sembilan gang kodok, Glodok Laksa Lao is one of the popular culinary in the area. Uniquely, visitors will be entertained by the elderly who still preserve the restaurant business. They are 6 siblings consisting of siblings, who are 69 to 81 years old. In addition, the best-selling menu here is Laksa Bogor which contains rice vermicelli, bean sprouts, onions, basil and combined with thick yellow sauce. Not only laksa, Mi Belitung is also a favorite choice for visitors. For one portion of this food there are yellow noodles, shrimp, potato slices, tofu and cucumber. However, what distinguishes these two foods is the type of broth used, where Belitung noodles have a sweet taste and laksa tends to have a savory taste. And the most surprising thing is that the building of the Laksa Lao Hoe restaurant has been built since 1911. Around this restaurant, you will find various other culinary delights such as Djauw Coffee which uses sand techniques at a temperature of 94 degrees, vegetarian stalls, and fried cempedak snacks. You can also find various other unique colorful trinkets, to antique coins that are similar to ancient currencies. Gang Kodok is indeed famous as a culinary tourism market in the Pancoran Glodok Chinatown area. And there are many more food vendors in the Pancoran Glodok Chinatown area.
